Mommy Makeover

A Mommy Makeover is customised for each patient. The most common combination is tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) + breast augmentation or lift + liposuction. Other procedures such as vaginal rejuvenation, arm lift, or thigh lift can be added. Your surgeon will design the most appropriate plan based on your specific post-pregnancy concerns.

It is recommended to wait at least 6–12 months after delivery, and only after you have stopped breastfeeding (ideally 3–6 months post-weaning) to allow hormone levels to stabilise. Weight should also be stable for at least 3 months before surgery.

Because multiple procedures are combined, recovery is longer than for individual operations — typically 2–3 weeks before returning to light activities, 4–6 weeks for exercise. You will need help with childcare for the first 2–3 weeks. Full results are visible at 3–6 months.
